YOUR LIFE DOESN’T ALL HAPPEN INDOORS, AND YOUR THERAPY SHOULDN’T HAVE TO EITHER.
That’s why I offer a variety of settings for individual and family therapy. If you’re dealing with a stressful diagnosis such as autism or ADHD, a chronic illness such as type 1 diabetes, PTSD, or some other issue, we’ll meet wherever you feel most comfortable.
Indoors, outdoors, on the trail — Who says therapy should be on a couch?!?

IndividualandFamilyTherapy
- If you feel most comfortable in a traditional office setting, then in-office therapy is for you. My private, serene office space will provide the sanctuary you need to open up and get to the root of your issues.
-
Play Therapy
- It looks like all fun and games to an outsider, but it’s not. Kids learn and heal through play. Getting kids comfortable in a child-friendly, non-authoritative environment helps them open up in ways you’d never see on a couch.

Walk it Out
- The very definition of killing two birds with one stone – Walk it Out therapy hikes get your body and your mind moving in the right direction. No matter what kind of physical condition you’re in, we’ll find a trail you’ll love and do our session with our hiking boots on. I’ve seen it many times – being out in nature helps people step out of the busyness of their lives, slow down, and gain the perspective they need to move forward.

In-Home Therapy
- Who said nobody makes house calls anymore? For people dealing with medical issues, end-of-life care or young children, in-home therapy can be a real blessing. I’ll come to you and we’ll do our session in the comfort of your home.

Group Therapy
- Sometimes feeling like you’re the only one with your particular struggle is the worst part of an already-frustrating situation. But you are never really alone. Connect with other people who are fighting similar battles in group therapy.
